The Silverland Bakery dates all the way back to 1983, and its heritage is matched by the pedigree of its clients as it supplies brownies, old-fashioned bakery bars, cookies and more to many of Chicago’s high-end restaurants and caterers, as well as Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, and Nordstrom’s.
